“Order Jan 01, age verify and shipped Jan 4 after sending copy of license, Expected delivery and with tracking on Jan 10. Sent to wrong address so returned to Wisc. on Jan 11. Phoned and inquired and was told it would be resent on Jan 14th. Reason was too late to ship on the 11th as too late to ship as it was 3:00 'clock. The first one was to go ground and did by UPS. Their tracking number indicated in route to Ft. Worth for return to Wisconsin. A 5 year user of product and do not have good battery pack and unable to procure in San Antonio.Normally have 3 each good battery packs on hand in use. There are no Starter Kits in San Antonio which contain the Battery portion. Have averaged 2,500 minimum per year for this product the last 5 years. Can only purchase cartridges in San Antonio direct from the supplier, as none are at any Murphy Oil location. I have been told by multiple Murphy managers they are dropping the product due to logistic problems obtaining and keeping the product in stock.They are currently pushing other products due to problems with the supplier as per discussions with 10+ Murphy store personnel managers.I guess business is so good that the 6th largest city in the USA's market products can be ignored and thrown away. After calling numerous time to the shipper the only area where I could speak to a live person, not a recording, was the sales department. I was able to get a quick response from sales only even if the person was combative and really of no help.I do hope the calls were monitored as listen and you will see the problem and poor customer service solution. I should have the product in 2-3 weeks from order date.”
