“I have been a long time customer for years with 21st Century ecig products. Always loved the taste of the menthol 1.6 carts but I am fed up with the lack of quality in the last six months. I have lost count at this point how many times I have opened a new cartridge and it only lasted a couple of hours. Many of the cartridges are clearly underfilled or defective. No point contacting customer service. At best they ask you to ship them back at your cost for their defective product. I could always count on getting a defective cartridge every now and then. These days 1/3 out of 60 are like this. Seriously disgusted with this problem. I know for a fact other users are experiencing the same issues. Maybe start questioning your manufacturer about this constant ongoing problem.”
