“I have been a VERY LOYAL customer of 21st Century for a long time. I have however noticed that within the last 4 months the Quality of the batteries has really went down hill to make me consider going with a total new company in hopes of finding one that is as good as 21st Century once was. I buy batteries in BULK sometimes 5 or 6 at a time to have BRAND NEW ONES on stand by when the current ones I am using go bad. I was informed that they only warranty the batteries for 30 days which is a TOTAL JOKE for ANY rechargeable battery so thus before I can even use them the warrant is no good. I am holding a total of 5 batteries now that I got one charge cycle from and they went bad.I have followed their instructions to the Letter and ONLY let it charge until the green glowing light goes out so there is NOT an issue of overcharging them. At a cost of $5.99 EACH this is VERY UNACCEPTABLE !!!”
“Within two days of receiving these silver things, one of them had lost its ember. I see wires and am afraid to use it. PLEASE bring back the white ones! I spent $6 for nothing. The white ones are five years old or more. THAT is quality. This is mayhem waiting to happen. I would ask for a replacement, but I don't need another worthless shiny object.”
“Some of the batteries will not work with the filters. They connect but won't draw through the filter. They are fully charged but I always have to change to an older battery.”
