“I already found 2 of the 9 Sale cartridges that do not work. It is a hassle returning them. This has happened before, but for the most part I find 21st Century Smoke to be a good place to purchase e-cig products. I would be especially greatful if they would include the 1% regular cartidges in their monthly sales.”
