“The product is great and I have no issues with that .. what I do have an issue with is billing a customer for a product and then no delivery. I have emailed and called customer service and after 1 1/2 weeks later still no resolution. I dont feel like a valued customer after years of purchases - which is unfortunate. I understand that delivery is not part of this company but if you are going to sub-contract you delivery it should be with a more repitable company.”
