“My husband loves them the only down fall is he will have some of the cartridges not work which is upsetting for the money we spend. I have contacted your company about this and was told to ship back the bad cartridges and you would replace them it is not worth the money for shipping you end up paying double. We wish you would just stand behind the product and make exchanges inexpensive”
