“We have used 21st century smokes for years but within the past year we do auto-ship because no one in Crawfordsville or Lafayette, Indiana, carry your brand. We always receive our order the 3rd or 4th week of the month. We have NOT received May or Junes order. Was told May's order was misplaced by carrier and it was found and would be to us by June16. It was never received. Was told they sent us a replacement order on June 21 and also Junes shipment on June 21. It now shows it's been processing since June 23. I don't know if you changed carriers but this is ridiculous. I ordered medical supplies and they were here the next day. Walmart, Amazon, Lowes, Home Depot Wayfair, Ashley furniture is delivered within 3-10 days. I have never had problems with your company until now. May's order should have been overnighted since it's been so long. We order monthly and expect our order the 3rd or 4th week of the month. Your customer service said it can take 25 days which is crazy. I feel like you are giving us the runaround. We have had to buy other e-cigarettes because of this which is an extra expense. Please overnight our 2 month's that has not been delivered. Why did this happen 2 month's in a row.Get a new carrier.
