“I became a member back in 2016. I had been buying 21st Century Smoke at a local smoke store or convenience store. But supply was consistent. So I went online. I've been very pleased with the product.
My only complaint is delivery. I understand with the Covid protocol I must be patient. But I was so used to getting product before the 7 day date. Now extended to 10 days to 25 days is disappointing. But that's out of your control. Mail service is getting worse.
I really appreciate everything your company employees do. I know it can't be easy.
