“The service is fast but I have had 7 bad filters that didn't work and at these
prices, I find that very frustrating. Also, even though I follow all of the directions on recharging the batteries, they don't hold up, they start holding less and less of a charge. This is not the first time I have had either of these issues, thinking of looking for a different brand, they just cost too much to have filters that are not even usable.”
