“The last order of filters are great but the previous 2 orders were less than satisfactory. I contacted customer service and since I had been given a refund 3 years ago, they could do nothing for me. So, lesson learned. Keep the box and the filters, and the boxes the filters come in so they can be traced and investigated. Expensive lesson.”
