“I have been using your product for many years. I really like the new website. It has made ordering much easier.
The only issue I have is that I had some batteries that did not work after a few months. Over the years they have been replaced with no questions asked. The last time I returned dead batteries, I received what I felt was a nasty letter with them. The letter stated that your company will not replace any product anymore without a receipt. With the new website, ALL my orders are viewable. I do not keep the receipts as once I open the box and make sure all the items purchased are there, I throw everything away. I am sure that I have purchased a few thousand dollars worth of products from 21st Century. I am concerned because again, I have 9 batteries and 4 wall chargers that have died on me.
