“I would say the majority of all the filters I order were consistent quality but this last batch proved to be somewhat defective. I had to replace the filters several times in a day which was most unusual. As I said this was a rare occurrence. I’ve enjoyed the 1.6 ecigs from 21st Century for many years because of the quality and packaging.”
