“I like the battery and cartridge system, but I am not happy that I have now accumulated 9 cartridges that were empty right out of the package. With the cost of these I expect each cartridge to be usable. I have found that each cartridge is only equal to about 1 pack of cigarettes, not 2 as claimed.”
