“I like the convenience of ordering from you all until this past week I was going to place an order and you had gone up considerably on your smokes. Additionally because I'm in Alabama and Madison County I cannot continue to order from you because you're you're delivering to my home takes about a month by the time it comes from your plant to the expeditor over here somewhere that's delivering to my house they never call me and let me know when they're coming or when I have a delivery so I can sign for it so therefore it's they have to just catch me when they can. I would love for y'all to get some sort of an agreement with your expeditor locally here in Alabama that would let people know when they're coming to your house in case they're going to be gone you have to be here to sign the paperwork. Those people are not earning whatever y'all are having to pay them. Make them do a little bit of work and pick up the phone and call the person they're delivering to that has to sign the paper.
