Hi,
I have enrolled a new customer.
You told me to access the dashboard and upload the following documentation:
1) Copy of your Identity Card with a photo.
2) Photocopy of the first page of your bank book (PS! We dont have bank books in Norway...)
In the email you have a "Click on the buttom below" to upload your documentation and finish the registration as a 4Life Affiliate.
But it only sends me to
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: And here are no where to put in the requested info?!?
Can you please tell me very detailed where to find where to put in the requested info?
(I have already put it in the app, but I cant find it back when I open the 4Life on the computer. And you still keep sending me emails asking for the info, so I guess nothing got registered through the app!)”
