“I used the previous version it was just vanilla wasn't bad but not a favorite BUT this NEW version VANILLA BLUE I it!! It's so delicious and the smoothness took me by surprise. It does fill you up great as you run out the door to work etc but if your supper active like me you will get hungry like 2.5 to 4 hours in...otherwise if your just sitting at your job it probably lasts longer before you feel the need to eat. It's a real game changer for morning rushed days or in between meals before eating a good nutritional meal”
