“I love this floss! Enviro friendly, doesn't hurt your teeth or gums and smells fresh. Only downside is mine keeps getting tangled in the package, both ends on the roll unwind at the same time and then don't pull through the box easily. Maybe a modification in packaging can be considered? The product itself is great, just a nuisance with the box/roll. Still recommend though ;-)”
“Floss works really well! Low scent is great, moves between my teeth easily. Comes in cardboard box with a small plastic spool. It doesn't wind well so gets bunched up a lot in the box. I just take it out, cut out the cardboard with the little metal cutter and put it into a jar instead. Which I don't mind doing if it means avoiding plastic packaging like conventional floss. However, I am disappointed that it is not 100% coconut fiber, but instead polyester as well. That is not clear on the box, nor was it clear on Noosa Basics website until recently. All in all, I would not buy it again because it is still plastic and an expensive floss. I would only pay that much if it was 100% natural. I will be looking for an alternative compostable floss that won't kill wildlife.”
“I love this product. I love the totally recyclable packaging & the floss works really well. My only complaint is that the floss occasionally gets tangled up in the packet & it's a bit fiddly to get it working again. But overall a great product.”
“Obviously this is quite expensive and you certainly don't get as much product as your average packet of floss, but I feel so much less guilty for looking after my teeth without putting all that plastic string into the environment!! And it's also quite nice and stringy and thick, so that I actually feel like I'm getting the gunk out without cutting my gums up like I do with that horrible thin tape like stuff. Not sure how long this will actually last me, or if I'll be able to afford to buy it regularly, but I'm super happy to floss now it's in my life! Keep up the good work with the alternatives to single use plastics!”
“This product breaks really really easily & Im left with black floss stuck between my teeth that won't come out!!! It breaks into strands very quickl making it hard to actually floss with. Very disappointing, would not buy again. Needed to go to dentist to get the floss out from between my teeth it was so bad as the thin strands that break off get stuck.”
“The fact that this floss is compostable is just a bonus. This floss is great to use. The environmental benefits wouldn't make me use an awful product.”
