“I wanted to like this so bad as I love my Ethique shampoo but unfortunately it was just too solid for me. The bar was way to rigid to work into my hair. I had to aggressively scrub the bar into my hair to transfer any product (I have thick hair). I persevered though and once my bar started to crumble down into smaller pieces, I attempted to squish it all together to make a ball - but again the bar had no flex even with body heat! The more I tried the more bits of the product crumbled away and now I have about 1/4 of the bar left which is unusable. I will attempt to melt down or mix with water as Ethique suggests.”
