“I am still trying to figure out the best way of extracting the soap nut juice for me. Should I boil it or soak it overnight before use? I am arguing with myself and I am trying to get used to this way of washing. I wont lie, it takes time to get used to it, but i would take one for the environment. Ask me in another couple of months and I may give a different remark, be it good or bad.”
“I love the Red House organic soapberries. My washing comes out clean every wash & always smells fresh. So easy to use & great for the environment. I just throw the used ones into the garden. Saves me lots of money too!”
“I have to admit I was totally surprised by how well they work! They even manage to clean my partners work clothes. I add a few drops of essential oil to the wash water or the bag itself and my laundry is clean and smells amazing:)”
“I've been using soap berries for about a year, and I won't use anything else now. I tried another brand, but prefer That Red House, so will go back to them when I run out. We have our routine sorted at home: We each have a calico bag so it's up to each person to replace the berries, boil the jug, put the bag of berries in a bowl and fill with boiling water, wait 5 minutes then pour water and calico bag into washing machine and use cold water! I also use the berries for cleaning. Really wonderful”
