“The mascara is ok, I'm not a fan of the brush/applicator. I've used Eye of Horus mascara for a long time. I prefer their "Goddess Mascara" but purchased this one as it was on sale. The mascara itself is ok but the brush/applicator is a bit tricky to use. It is good for sensitive eyes, which is a positive.”
“I've been wearing mascara for over 40 years, and this is by far the worst one I've ever used. I had panda eyes withing a couple of hours, and it had no staying power. Eye of Horus customer service certainly did NOT provide customer service.”
“I have been using this mascara for 2-3 weeks now and I am still undecided on how much i like it. I have come from another vegan waterproof tubing mascara and this switch is tough! Taking this mascara off is a bit annoying - as my previous mascara was so easy! A bit of water and it 'tubed' right off, without losing any/many lashes. I have to use an oil cleanser to remove this mascara completely, whilst there's nothing wrong with that, its a bit tiresome! (first world problems).
Otherwise - i love the formula (organic/natural ingredients), the texture and the wand! The wand is amazing. I am lucky to have very long eyelashes so the wand is fun. I do have to agree with some of the other comments - I don't find the mascara 'volumising' but i do find it nourishing.
I think the rating of this mascara is highly subjective - would suggest, but not sure if i'd recommend, completely up to personal preference.”
“I got this as a freebie a while ago and I was very wary of it as I didn’t like the look of the brush, however, it’s so so good! It applies so easily and it’s makes my eyelashes super long. I’ve had so many lovely comments about my eyelashes after using it.”
“This mascara is great! It doesn't smudge on me like others do. Only flakes a tiny bit. I would say it's definitely lengthening and separating thanks to the cool wand, but not so much thickening/volumising. I have very much been loving using it.”
“I'm super picky with mascara and this one is so far my favourite – even above mainstream toxic ones. initially wasn't sold on the brush as I typically prefer a big fluffy brush to apply mascara but after getting used to it, I find this one really easy to use now and can choose if I want a little or a lot to apply”
