“At first, it was difficult to use in way that it wasn't easy to get product onto the finger and had to rub the balm and apply on lips 2-3 times to cover all. Eventually it got too deep I couldn't rub finger in the pot with my nails so had to dip to get it out. Which is great in getting enough product but holes in the balm does not help my OCD haha
In terms of moisturising and last, it feels lovely on the lips and softens my cracked lips but don't think it lasts that long the moisturised feel”
