“I purchased about a year ago as my first solid shampoo. Overall i think it's a great product - lathers really well, smells good, my hair only took a couple of washes to adjust which i thought was great. I also didn't need to use any conditioner with it . However i did find it a bit drying and it also made my hair look a bit dull in colour. Not significant enough to stop me using it though. My bar lasted about 6 months which is great value”
“I hadn't used a shampoo bar before, and picked this one based on my hair type.
Even though I used non toxic, organic shampoo previously I had transition issues with this bar. The ends of my long hair were transformed immediately, soft and easy to brush (I would get tangled hair so easily prior). But the roots were so oily, I had to wash a few times a week which I did not want to do, and it didn't help anyway.
The one thing that helped was to do a bicarb soda rinse prior to shampoo (I made a paste for my roots mainly), shampoo with the bar, then an ACV rinse after. My hair now isn't greasy at all, it's soft and so easy to manage. The bar seems like it will last for awhile, the smell is nice and there's no plastic waste. Highly recommend.”
“I’ve been using this for a few months now because I really want to reduce my plastic use. At the beginning it left my hair super greasy but I kept using it because I know your hair kinda has to get used to it. Now my hair is not that greasy anymore but I have dandruff... I’m 31 and never had dandruff in my entire life, so I’m pretty sure it’s the shampoo that’s causing it...”
“Smells brilliant and I like that it has enough foam so you can move your hands through your hair fairly easily while washing. It cleans really well but doesn't make my hair too soft, my hair is like baby fluff and if its too soft it's unmanageable. Would buy again”
