The sample hand wash sachet I got was part of a bad batch, but customer service replaced for me and since then I have only had good experience. Foams well and leaves hands clean and smelling nice”

“Lovely bottle. Easy to mix the sachet with warm water to create the solution. Light fragrance is perfect for our home. Even with the foaming pump on the bottle the “foaminess” of the soap seems to reduce over time. Comes out a little bubbly but not as foamy as it did in the first day. Not sure if it’s me or if that’s how it’s supposed to be.
Knowing how it works though- cleans well and minimal waste with the sachets I’d buy again.”
