“A decent exfoliant, much like others I have tried with sea salt, coffee granules etc. I didn't find it too harsh, even though my skin is a tad dry and sensitive. It does make a mess in the shower but that comes with the territory!”
“Rub in to all the sore spots straight after the gym and the next day aches are minimal. Totally notice the difference if I forget to use. Product smells great! But do be careful not to get in or on any sensitive areas. It is a bit messy, but you only need a little. I think the results are worth it. Good price and lasts”
