“The lemon oil flavouring I found too be a bit too strong, I don't mind the slightly bitter undertone but the combination draws out the floury texture of this bar, which makes if quite dry.
A bit too sweet for me due to the bitter undertone, good recipe, just needs some flavour tweaking.
Soft bake bar. Did not taste the coconut as much as it was overpowered.”
