“I have very fine-textured tangle-prone hair and I've occasionally had to cut some knots out. Many brushes have bristles that feel too firm to brush my hair with. This brush had bristles that felt comfortable and they reached all the way to my scalp. The brush has been very good for detangling, but it struggled to get the stubborn matted knots out; but this is the same for all brushes. Unfortunately, this brush broke in half. My guess is that the centre part of the brush where there is a gap makes the brush weaker.”
“Like everyone else is saying, it’s a great brush but breaks too soon! I had the spiral one first which broke after 6 months, and the same with this one. Was my favourite brush if only it didn’t snap..”
“I started off loving this brush - it works so well with fine, tangled hair. However, it broke only after having it for 7 months! I didn't drop the brush or use it too vigorously - it snapped at the connection of the spiral at the top. Based on the design this is obviously where most of the load goes to. Many other reviews also state their brush also snapped. So it sounds like a design flaw with this brush. I was really excited to buy this due to the eco-friendly nature of it - but a brush that breaks so easily for so many people is the complete opposite of eco-frindly, creating more waste as it can't be used for very long!”
