“I had super high hopes for this. It's just the wrong shape to really exfoliate your face. It feels like it isn't doing anything but after I used it my face was so irritated. Worst of all, the hairs/fibres are falling out and it's a total mess. It's such a pain to use - feeling really frustrated and ripped off.”
