“Arnica is a versatile addition to anyone's natural medicine kit for its soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. I usually use arnica cream or homeopathic arnica, but sometimes arnica oil is more suitable. Every Bit Organic Arnica Oil is infused in sunflower oil which I assume is for its vitamin E content. The arnica oil has a shelf life of 18-24 months, it has a clearly labelled best before date on the bottle, and it is best to store it in a cool and dry place. After the oil starts to absorb into the skin, it does not feel too heavy.”
