I bought this as my first safety razor after reading the reviews here on the site. It's handy to use easy to grip and it's straightforward to change the blades. I've bought the matching stand and the blades from the same brand. You do have to keep it out of the shower to avoid the blades rusting but that comes with the safety razor territory.
Anytime I've cut myself it's been because my attention has strayed. You have to stay focused when using these, no planning what to have for dinner or other shower thoughts. I love not having to constantly buy new razors.
