“This might be user error, but I've even tried waiting for the colour layers to completely dry before applying, but it always contracts together and pulls the colour layers with it, creating a puckered, almost resin like effect. Such a shame as I love matte polish, and absolutely love Hanami - it's the only polish I use anymore.”
