“I blended one overripe banana, 2 tablespoons of soy yoghurt, a splash of soy milk and a generous amount of sugar free maple syrup, then mixed that into the dry ingredients. The batter was a bit thick so if you like a thin and fluffy pancake, you can add more dairy free milk. These pancakes were tasty fresh, and kept well in the fridge. I would definitely buy this mix again.”

“This batter is really nice, but you may want to add some agave nectar or a similar sweeteer to sweeten the batter abit just like the pack suggests. I omitted the apple cider vinegar as I didn't have any. I love mt elephant products. Great that they're healthy and filling. I put golden malt flavoured syrup on top and they're absolutely delicious”
