“"Just as I remember it" basically. The last time I had the real thing was about 15 years ago from a deli. This product and flavour is the closest I've come across in plant-based form. It's uncanny how close it is (I'd say an equal contender for plant-based skeptics even).
The texture is very "chewy" and fibrous, and just like the "real thing" constantly got stuck in my teeth - Success!
While I've had a few of each other flavour in the range, this one is a great place to start for anyone (in my opinion).
They are a bit pricey for the size but as an import it's to be expected I guess. One for "treat yourself" days....”
