I'm used to lip balms that you twist up and down, but you have to push the Lip Butta up from the base. Once I got used to the application method, it didn't bother me. The product had a firm consistency, but it was not so firm that it was hard to apply. I liked the caramel-toffee scent. The Lip Butta was not as nourishing as some other lip balms that I've tried. ”
