“I wasn't sure how well this product would work, but I'm pleased to say that it works perfectly, and is just as good, if not better than those green scouring pads and steel wool. It works the same way and cleans hard to remove food easily, but with the bonus of not scratching surfaces, and not absorbing water and bacteria. It Dries quickly and doesn't harbour germs, which makes cleaning and putting it away when it's dried, a breeze. I'll be buying another when this one goes into the compost”
“It works really well - creates suds, scrubs well without scratching. It lasts longer than those green scrubs you can buy in supermarkets (for us we had to change the green scrubs every month, and for this it worked for more than 3 months). It is more environmentally friendly as well. What's not to love? The edges of the scrub do start to fall apart from the body at the end of its life. All that means it's time to put it in the compost and replace with another one.”
“I am really impressed with this product. I'm trying to reduce my waste that goes to landfill and when I came across this COMPOSTIBLE coconut husk scrub pad I was so curious. Well I have had mine for close to a month now and I am happy to report that it looks like it did on arrival, there is no funky odour coming from it and it does the job well ! Now we don't eat full fatty meat meals every night so it may last a little differently if that's what you do, but the fact that I'm already a month in and it's still going strong is great ! I would go through 6 green cheap scrub pads every month - that's at least 72 a year going in to the bin ! I estimate I will only be going through approx. 4-6 of these Safix ones in a YEAR ! Then off to the compost they will go ! WIN WIN !”
“I received one of these scrub pads (the smaller one) by accident in an order from another website and I loved it so much I went looking for somewhere to buy more, thats how I came across Flora and Fauna and I've since become a very happy repeat customer of this product and many others. I'll never go back to using those rubbish sponge/scrub pads you get from the supermarket.. You just ca2nt come across such an amazing item and not continue using it. Big bonus is that it lasts soooooo long if you take care of it.”
