The balm has a nice texture & easy to apply & wash off. It helps a little bit in terms of calming me down, I like to put it on my wrists, sometimes my chest too. It's good for relaxing & it calms you down a little bit like it says, & I have anxiety & depression. Smelling things like this relaxes me a bit. Texture is good, gets stuck underneath fingernails but I promise it comes off easily. Good product & size, & easy to apply.
