I use this in my morning smoothies 5 times a week. Super easy way to add extra omegas into my meals. No noticeable taste difference to the smoothie.

We use this once or twice a week to boost the omega content of our daily smoothie. Just a teaspoon per smoothie and so much benefit to you. Just add a bit more fruit as adding the powder gives the smoothie a healthier more vegetable like taste - easily solved by adding a handful of berries for example
