This is a great product to ensure I get my B12 RDA, every day. Tasteless, so can add to anything - sprinkled on morning cereal, in a smoothie or even mixed with water.

Does not taste of anything in particular , take it every day, just with a dash of water.

Great way to make sure i get my b12 as a vegan. Mixes well into a smoothie. Would recommend

Recently turned vegan and needed a good source of B12 and found it with this product. Mixes well in food and smoothies, may need a bit of honey or extra fruit in a smoothie if you're using this in conjunction with other supplements (Calcium, mushrooms etc). It has a mild flavour individually and feels at home with curry, lentil dishes, dahls or Plantasy Vegan Mac and Cheez ;)
