“The product itself is great - works well and smells good, but the packaging is terrible! the tube is difficult to open in the first place because it requires something to pierce and open the seal, but it doesn't come with anything to do this with. Probably not such a big issue if you are at home - I wasn't. Then the nozzle clogged over the course of 1 day - several times and it leaked an oily substance. In the end I have opened it at the crimped end and have to keep it on the basin so the oil is easier to deal with.
In summary - the product is probably better in another format, like the solid in it's tin.”

Opening the Seal: The tube is sealed for freshness and hygiene, and while it doesn't come with an opener, we recommend using a clean pin or the end of a small utensil (like a toothpick or paperclip) when first opening, especially when travelling.
Preventing Nozzle Clogging: Because our formula is rich in natural oils, it helps to give the tube a gentle shake before each use to keep the contents well mixed. If you notice clogging, running the nozzle under warm water for a few seconds can help clear it.
Storage Tips: Natural oils can separate slightly in warmer and cooler conditions. We recommend storing the tube in a cool, dry place, upright if possible, to minimise oil seepage and ensure even consistency.
