“I've seen these around for a while and thought they were a gimmick. Instead, I would sink money into sports physios to help with training. Whilst I still gain immense benefit from my physio, I must admit paying a lot for sports massage was getting a bit tiring on the wallet...
I found some massage guns that cost several hundred pounds and, whilst I can't justify those, I decide to take a punt on this (being a sort of middle-of-the-road option), and I'm very glad I did! The battery life is also great too, I go to the gym a lot and so does my parter and we share it before and after the gym, it’s great for recovery of the muscles and for warming them up by promoting blood flow, it’s great for pain relief, the aches I get the next day after the gym are no way as bad as they was from training.
