“Layla is probably one of the few people I know who has such a passion for codes other than myself!! Building Codes 101 helped demystify the complex world of building codes and regulations, especially coming from an AHJ that has their own separate versions that deviate from the IBC. The course gives a solid foundation of code compliance and life safety issues that you need for both the exams and your career. I loved sitting back and hearing her perspective over the one I had. Her approach to teaching codes is much less intimidating and more manageable to understand and apply than I have ever placed into words. Layla loves building codes and you can tell she loves teaching people about them the same way I do on a day to day basis.”
