“AIA Contracts 101 was surprisingly one of the most enjoyable courses. I thought I would hate contract documents at the beginning, but Mike and Lorenzo did such a great job explaining everything that it became one of the most helpful courses for me and one I wanted to dig into more and more. The AIA Contracts course really spans across the PcM, PjM and CE exams and really helped me feel comfortable enough to tackle contract questions with confidence. Taking the time to properly learn AIA Contracts at the very beginning and making that upfront investment had a huge payout later, when my ARE studying got much more complicated. I have used what I learned from the AIA Contracts 101 course and seen the parallels in the real world when coming across AIA's whether that be for a Payment Application or Beach of Contract for Expert Witness Testimony.”
