“I received some good customer support from Emerson at A1 Roofracks.
Unfortunately, EGR really dropped the ball here and after nearly 2 weeks of me seeking support I've heard nothing from them.
Issues included:
Provided with DMax instructions for hilux canopy, similar utes but different installation process. I found a hilux version online but this didn't match the hardware I was provided with.
Some brackets were not provided as per either set of instructions and I'm still questioning safety and waterproofing despite my best efforts to make the most with what they provided.
Shortage of bolts/nuts/rivets for brackets provided, so I had to go and buy my own.
A few other little things like windrow seals arriving only partially glued/taped to the canopy but was able to fix myself.”
