“Very poor and unprofessional assembly instructions. Video material and documentation included not accurate. Bolts supplied too short for Hyundai Tucson TL3. I am more than qualified, but this was NOT an easy installation as advertised. After the difficult installation, I now have to live with an annoying and irritation whisteling sound, different frequencies at different speeds - enough to cause any normal person to loose hi/hers cool. I am very disappointed. This is a poor product - I expected much better for the price paid.”

Thanks for reaching out and for your review. The kind of whistling you're describing is definitely not normal for a Rhino-Rack Vortex system and indicates there may be some components not fitted or missing.
I'd also like to go through the list of items you received as there are appropriately sized bolts included in the SUB0671 wedge kit.
We'll reach out today to try and troubleshoot some of issues you're describing.
