“The kit comes with 18mm long rivets to fix the rood rack clamps to the roof. I placed the clamps at the exact positions relative to the centre door pillar and found 18mm rivets were too long as they bottomed out on some type of internal metal channel. I had 10mm rivets on hand and they were just right, any longer and no go. My Navara is a 2011 D40 4WD Dual Cab Thai Build. Other than that all good.”
