Fortunately, Customer Care at A1 was willing to supply the silver version (instead of the black) without additional cost, so 5 stars are deserved. The roof rack arrived with no transit damage, however, the courier left the item on the front door even though no one was home for 2 days - There was no option to defer the delivery from Toll. I have not fitted the roof rack onto the car, but the instruction seems straightforward. Overall, I am mostly satisfied with the purchase experience and very satisfied with the Yakima roof rack as supplied.”
