“Ordered the Platform KIT for my ISUZU Dmax Xterrain with the original Tub Rack. This was always stated in the original conversation. Upon receiving the original order, found that A1 sent the wrong Mounting Kit. The kit which was sent was for an aftermarket Tub Mount. I informed A1 immediately and they said they will SWAP them out. During the "Swapping Period" A1 was in conversation with me stating manufacturer is now on Xmas Hols. Not having these brackets, meant that I could not go away on my Boxing Day adventure as I had planned. I then received notification, that A1 required the Original incorrect mounting kit back plus additional funds before they will send the NEW correct mounting Kit. So it went from "all good, we will swap these" to "send brackets and more money, otherwise, we cannot send the new kit". So I sent the original order back plus reluctantly sent more money just so I could receive what I originally asked for. The PRODUCT is Great. Fitted perfectly.”
