Why? Because of an important detail
When I rang your business to check the obvious anomaly in your description online of the roofrack bar which stated 1(one) unit. Wasn't a set? I rang and asked the question and was told yes it was a set. Two bars. So when the package arrived I didn't check it. I took it to my mechanic to find out later in the day there was only one. So, upset, I rang A1 and the young bloke whom I spoke to told me the employee that took my original call about the number of bars in the box said that there were two not one bar could not have said that. Well, he did. If he had given me the correct information I would have bought two bars and not one. Terrible miscommunication. A1, never again!
