“My first product purchase from Yakima and very impressed. Solid, high quality gear. Looks great and simple to assemble. Reducing the rating to 4 out of 5 is for the shipping experience not the product.
In fact, if I was rating the shipping alone, it would be 1 out of 5. The shipping description states "In-stock orders typically Dispatch within 1-3 business days. We partner with a range of Couriers to provide fast, accurate shipping." Not in my experience. Order placed 10th March, despatched 14/3, delivered 2nd April. Poor tracking from the freight company, poor communications and we missed out on a camping trip requiring the roof racks as a result.”
