“The service was pompt and fuss free with A1 Roofracks, but I`m a little disappointed with the Kanulock Straps. They are strong and appear to do what they are supposed to, however once tightened they are difficult to undo. The material webbing strap won`t freely slide through the camlock because the jaws of the camlock won`t open enough and the webbing gets caught on the teeth in the cam body. I have only used these straps once and it started happening straight away and this is extremely frustrating and they are fiddly to undo. In time and with a few more uses, I suspect the material webbing strap will become frayed and absolutely impossible to use. If this is not a once off defect in the staps I bught, it is not a good design and I would not buy these straps again. 1 star for the straps and 5 stars for my A1 Experience so far. Hope A1 come to my rescue when they read this.”
