“Missing Part from Order I ordered two of a specific part from this company but only received one. I've been trying to get an update on the missing item for a couple of months now, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response other then the tracking number for the first part. The part I did receive was great, although it took some time to arrive. I really wanted to resolve this directly with their team, but the lack of communication has been frustrating and time-consuming. I'm now at the point where I may need to dispute the charge with my credit card company and source the part elsewhere.”
